Delivery

We aim to process your order within 48 hours. This will then be dispatched to you via post, parcel post or courier depending on the size of your order. A signature may be required. Please let us know if you have any delivery instructions. Allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Occasionally items may become out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible if this is likely to delay delivery of your order.

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please let us know and we will investigate. Missing orders cannot be replaced if received by someone else on your behalf.

£3.50 (standard charge added to all orders up to £50)
FREE (orders over £50)

Delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.

We will ensure that your order is packed and dispatched from us in good condition. If it does not reach you in equally good condition please let us know.

Payment

Our web site uses PayPal, the leading global online payment system. PayPal offers a secure way to send and receive money online.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from this site. You can pay for your order with a credit card, but the order process will still go through PayPal's secure payment system.

If you want to sign up for a free PayPal account to make payments more easily and securely, you can do so at the PayPal web site. You can then choose to use your PayPal account during checkout at Everything For Man and other online stores.

Everything For Man is a Verified PayPal user, which means it has passed PayPal security checks. The Verification process protects buyers and sellers and helps to ensure your purchases will be secure.

For questions about billing for your PayPal purchases, please contact PayPal. For all other questions about your order e-mail us.

Descriptions

We aim to ensure that our descriptions of products and services are as accurate as possible. However, colours and packaging may vary from that shown on the web site. Nutritional information provided as per product packaging or company information. All of our products are sourced from reputable distributors in the UK.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our products or service in any way please let us know immediately via e-mail.

We promise to take your complaint seriously and respond to you initially within 3 days. If you wish to return a product please see our section on Returns below.

Faulty Goods

If any goods you receive from us are faulty please let us know details of the problem by e-mailing us.

We will offer to either refund or replace the item. For faulty goods we will also reimburse your return delivery costs.

Returns

If you wish to return any goods (other than due to a fault) you need to notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We will accept notification through e-mail.

According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will then refund you within 30 days of your written notification. We would appreciate it if goods were returned to us within this 30 day period. When contacting us we will e-mail you with the appropriate return address.

Goods being returned to us (other than due to a fault) must reach us in a re-saleable condition. Please wrap the goods to be returned securely and include your original packing invoice or details of the order. It would be helpful if you could let us know why you want to return the goods. We will e-mail you when we have received them and when the refund has been made. For your own protection we would suggest that you use an insured postal service for returns. We are unable to refund return delivery costs except for faulty goods.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GOODS TO ANY ADDRESS UNTIL YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US.

Privacy

Any information we collect from you will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). The information you give us will, primarily, enable us to process your order. We may then contact you by e-mail from time to time to keep you updated on new products and services or promotional offers. If you would prefer not to receive these occasional updates please let us know by e-mailing us and we will immediately remove you from the e-mailing list. We will never sell or pass your details on to a third party.

In addition our web site will collect demographic information about our visitors and general browsing patterns. You cannot be identified by this information. This provides us with a valuable overall picture of where in the country our customers are based and which pages of our site are visited the most. In collecting this data our intention is only to monitor our own progress and provide you with the service and products you want.

These linked sites are not under the control of Everything For Man and, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.
